Growing up as an athlete, I’ve always led an active lifestyle, playing college softball at Francis Marion University. Like many athletes, I thought I was doing everything “right” when it came to nutrition and training. It wasn’t until I personally experienced food restriction, under-fueling, and over-training that I began to understand how much nutrition impacts performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Through education, research, and my own experiences, I learned how to properly fuel my body and train in a way that supported my goals rather than working against them.
That experience sparked my passion for nutrition and my desire to help others navigate their own relationship with food, training, and performance. With experience in nutrition, CrossFit coaching, and personal training, I’ve worked with individuals at various stages of their fitness and nutrition journeys, including collegiate and high school athletes, active adults, and beginners.
I hold a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Tampa and am a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach. I take a personalized, science-based, and holistic approach to nutrition and training, helping athletes and active individuals build sustainable habits, properly fuel their bodies, support recovery, and work toward their individual goals.
